Shipping & Refunds
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We do our absolute best to try and fulfil orders as quickly as possible!
You will then receive another notification once your order has shipped!
We offer international shipping to the following countries ; Austria - Australia - Belgium - Brazil - Canada - Croatia - Czech Republic - Denmark - Estonia - Finland! France - Germany - Gibraltar - Great Britain - Greece - Hong Kong - Hungary - India - Indonesia - Ireland - Israel - Italy - Japan - Latvia - Lithuania - Luxembourg - Malaysia - Malta -Netherlands - New Zealand - Norway - Poland - Portugal - Russia - Saudi Arabia - Serbia - Singapore - Slovakia - Slovenia - South Korea - Spain - Sweden.
All packages including international countries will have tracking until they reach their destination. If you have a package marked as delivered, but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).
What about custom charges?
You, as the customer, are responsible for any costs of taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
FluffyFindings is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of FluffyFindings to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges you may incur.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. FluffyFindings is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office, or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you decide not to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will unfortunately not refund the charge for original shipping.
We can't ever imagine why you would want to return something, but if any reason you have no other choice, then please follow the steps below to find out how to send your item back to us!
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide you with further details on how to return your item and the address you will need to send it to.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, We will also not provide refunds or exchanges for products that are returned damaged or not in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
